“…The third is to switch off electricity that is done rather elementary. It is not us who are doing this now, do we? We are taking care of the peaceful people. Once we switch off the electricity, just switch off the electricity, their entire country will almost stop, there will be no electricity, no water, no sewage, there will be nothing… Then, of course, the issue would be a humanitarian catastrophe, but this is inevitable. But we will have to do this…”

“…First and the most important, we must clearly define our position. As soon as this BUK or S-300 appears at the border, a missile will attack it and destroy it. Secondly, in order to interdict arms deliveries, we will have to stop all communications in Ukraine. Well, we understand by what means. That is, all railways will stop, then transport hubs to be targeted, and so on and so forth. Everything will stop. The third is to switch off electricity that is done rather elementary. It is not us who are doing this now, do we? We are taking care of the peaceful people. Once we switch off the electricity, just switch off the electricity, their entire country will almost stop, there will be no electricity, no water, no sewage, there will be nothing. The Zaporozhian NPP is controlled by us, Zaporozhian and Chernobyl, too, yes. They will fail, yes. There is no need to attack power generation stations. There are distribution networks. They may be easily broken. It was Americans who showed us how to do this in Serbia, by graphite bombs, and we have learnt lessons well. We will succeed. And in this case Ukraine will be just paralyzed, just paralyzed. Then, of course, there would be an issue of humanitarian catastrophe, but this is inevitable. But we will have to do this because these men, they are again trying to arm these Ukrainians who will again do dirt, this is a key word, the more the better, and then they will yield Ukraine in full, wimp out Ukraine. Destroyed as much as possible. And this is all to discuss.”
